Currently, we are seeking interns for the following positions:

Marketing
Public Relations/Writing
IT/Web

MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERNSHIPS

The marketing and PR interns will assist in the marketing and sales efforts of Wright Institute programs.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Writing e-zine copy
Creating marketing and advertising materials for Wright Institute programs - ads, flyers, Web
Writing press releases, pitching media and media follow ups
Supporting the marketing and writing staff
E-marketing and sales
Errands, administrative and support duties

Benefits will include but are not limited to:

A learning-by-doing environment - you will be pitching media, not watching someone pitch media
16-hour course with Bob Wright on business writing, to be spread throughout your tenure
Opportunities to meet with extremely successful people in every field of your interest
Regular meetings with your supervisors with an open environment in which you can ask questions, make suggestions, and learn about the field and yourself

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY / WEB DESIGN

The Information Technology / Web Design interns will assist in the technology efforts of Wright Institute programs.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Website updates using Dreamweaver MX 2004 for several different websites
Hardware and software installation / repair / troubleshooting
Network support on a T1/Cat5/802.11b/g network
Streaming video/audio webcasting support
Wintel / OSX support of desktop and laptop computers
Equipment and media control
Errands, administrative and support duties

Benefits will include but are not limited to:

A learning-by-doing environment - you will be a hands-on IT professional
Monthly speakers including several top minds in the IT world

Regular meetings with your supervisors with an open environment in which you can ask questions, make suggestions, and learn about the field and yourself

This is an unpaid internship and requires a minimum of 24 hours a week. Our vision as a company is to grow exponentially in the next few years, adding staff and support as we reach goals along the way. Our internships are designed to educate our interns about our business and culture, possibly translating into permanent positions in the future. Internships last for 20 weeks with an option to extend.
