Learn to Be Free of your Early Programming

Every family has a fascinating, intricate system of beliefs, rules, norms and patterns of relating to one another. While our family systems all have a positive intent deep at their roots, this deep patterning also causes us to respond in predictable and automatic ways in certain situation much like the programming in a computer. The Family and Intimacy Training is designed to help us understand this programming as well as to help us understand the unconscious beliefs that drive our daily actions. Once we understand these beliefs etc., we are free to express ourselves more genuinely and spontaneously. The ultimate aim of this training is to give you greater choice to live your own values moment by moment.
