Dads enjoy the company of other dads who are working to improve their parenting in similar ways.

Join other dads and their sons in a conscious, fun, and structured environment at the Wright Leadership Institute where you will participate in activities designed to foster a deep understanding and lasting bond between you and your child.

On this weekend you will learn how to:

• build more intimacy between you and your son by engaging in the present moment with open communication
• tighten the bond between you and your son while having a blast
• be a better parent as you sort through the positive and negative ways you were parented
• lean to face your fears together
• create a plan for the year with skills you both want to develop

Bob Wright, founder of the Wright Leadership Institute, has over 25 years of experience supporting parents in living to their highest potential. Bob has developed cutting-edge programs for parents including ongoing Moms and Dad's groups, evening workshops for parents and the one-of-a-kind parent/child adventure weekends.

On the Father Son Weekend, Bob guides fathers toward achieving their deepest satisfaction in the lifelong job of parenting. In a compassionate and caring forum, he teaches fathers how to learn and grow with their children. Being present in the moment with your children is a learnable skill and one that will bring richness to your parenting beyond anything you thought possible.

The weekend is especially suited for children from ages 5 to 12. Teens are also encouraged to attend and apply to be a part of the leadership team.
